Algarve Tuna Stuffed Potatoes
Ingredients :
6 medium potatoes
2 Algarve tuna appetizer, Saboreal
Coriander
A little salt and olive oil to taste
Garnish:
Green salad
Onions
Broccoli
Put the potatoes in a pan and cover with water, a pinch of salt won't hurt. Cook until the skins of the potatoes crack. Remove the potatoes, let them cool and make several horizontal cuts. Take out some of the potato inside. In a bowl, mix the removed excess potatoes with the Algarvian tuna appetizer Saborea l, chopped coriander and put these potato contents back into the potato. Season with olive oil and salt. Serve with green vegetables and lettuce and onions.
