Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Returns are processed via the DPD parcel shop or locker drop-off service.
If you’d like to return an item, simply email us at hello@sardinele.com.

We operate a no-questions-asked return policy - just be sure to review the conditions outlined below:

• Returns of defective products are free of charge.

• Returns of non-defective products incur a €9.99 return fee.
  Returned items must be undamaged, retain their original appearance (e.g. intact labels, protective films), and be sent back in their original packaging and condition. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.

It’s that easy! However, we recommend contacting SARDINELE before initiating a return - we may offer you an alternative or more convenient solution.

Important: If a returned product is incomplete, damaged, untidy, or improperly packaged, SARDINELE reserves the right to reject the return and withhold a refund, even if the product was shipped back to us.
